Took the night to sleep on it because I wanted to be fair. My son and I went to look at cars for him and found a couple that he would be interested in. The salesperson instead of being accommodating started to move us away from our selections and then was in hurry to get us out. She made a point that test drives should only be 10-15 minutes and was angry when it took 20-25. When we returned she was clearly mad, and didnt want to talk to us. So I handed her back the key and apologized then left. The car lot didnt close till 6:30 and it was just after 6. So this wasnt much of an issue. She made us uncomfortable enough that we skipped test driving the second car. I went to a small car lot thinking helping out a small shop would be friendlier and a easy cash sale would do them good. Now Im back working with the bigger dealerships.

What a fantastic experience! I would recommend Widerange to anyone who is looking to buy a used car. We were looking at two different cars on their lot, a Mazda 6 and an Infinity G37. We worked with Erika, and she was very helpful and friendly! She pulled the car around for us, and parked it for us when we were done. She let us take our time in deciding, and was very willing to answer our questions. When we got there the Mazda had a bad wiper and a bad turn signal bulb, but when we came back to the dealership an hour later, Erika had taken the car to a mechanic, fixed both wipers, and gotten a replacement bulb. We were so surprised and impressed by this. Even after this, she was willing to work with us on the price a little. To top it all off, the dealer document fee was only $100! A lot better than the $200 and $300 that we were quoted at other dealerships. We have been very satisfied with the car, and we look back on our experience at Widerange very fondly. Thank you Erika and Leah!!!!

In all fairness, we did talk about all of the issues that needed addressed the day you came in to look at the car originally. Also, we did pay for a lot of those repairs and also for the window that was not even a part of the original repair deal. You were also given more of a discount on the sale price based on the sensors that would need to be looked at. The repair shop you speak of is a very expensive shop and could have had brakes and rotors done for a much less cost. I trust Active Auto and can apologize for the lack of return call, but truly believe that is was just a miscommunication issue.

I bought a 2006 BMW from here about a month ago. When I called about the car I was told there was nothing wrong with it, but when I got to Widerange there was an issue with the car. Widerange did pay for this to get fixed. After 2 days of having the car the check engine light came on. I gave Widerange a call and they told me it had never been on while theyve had the car. She then sent me to Active Auto Service to get it checked out. They looked at it and it was a hose that had a leak. Widerange did pay for this to be repaired. The next day after it was fixed the light came back on. I gave Active Auto Service a call and they said the hose needed replaced and that they would call me back with an estimate. They never called me back so I gave Ress Motor Works they only work on BMWs a call and got an appointment. I took it in and they checked it out and apparently Active Auto Service had payed no attention to detail at all on taking the hose apart and putting the hose back together and they didnt even have it attached all the way. When Active Auto Service fixed the hose they actually just put a gas line hose inside of it and I literally kid you not, hot glued the freaking thing back together. I would never take my car there again. Also Widerange sold me the car with the airbag light on which she said was a seatbelt sensor. With it on the airbags could possibly not deploy in an accident. I had to take that in to get reset which cost $100, and then the new hose replaced cost another $400. So within a week of having the car I had to put $500 in it and then it had to have new front brakes and rotors because they were shot and eating into the rotors which was another $400 so I actually had to put in $900 in the car within 1 week of buying it. She was very nice and was willing to work with me, but for future reference please have your vehicles checked out especially if they have any lights on the dash. I really love the car, but I am disappointed in the fact that there were so many problems with the car before I bought it, and that Widerange did not seem knowledgeable of the car and its problems.
